HELP!

This is a little selection of stamps for which I know nothing. Can you help with any information ? If so then why not contact me via the guestbook page. Or if anyone else wants to post question here, let me know and I'll try and add your details.

Can anyone help with some information for this stamp ? Not only has it been overprinted "OFFICIAL" but the "ONE" of "ONE_PENNY" has been over-typed with "TWO" which is in a different typeface to the "OFFICIAL".

The stamp is cancelled "...OUTH MR 24 81". I'm pretty sure the cancel is over the top of the overprint, though I'd prefer a second opinion before I could consider this to be fact.

It could of course be completely bogus, in which case thats 20p I've wasted ;-)

This next item, well, is it just philatelic in nature? Or is there more to it?

Can anyone fill me on on the meaning of the lettering of this "Bankruptcy" perfin cancel ?

This ones another puzzle. Can anyone provide information on the "TIDAL TESTING SEA BORNE BOTTLE" overprint?
