| 23rd March 2002:- | For starters theres a major new Machin section covering the Regional issues, plus setions on the Machin high value issues. And a shed load more additions to the Penny Red pages, including notes on watermarks, the master dies, the marginal markings and laying out the plate. A brand new section too in the shape of the 1988 "Castle" high values. |
